How we handle your email
SurroSprout has not launched yet. This page is only a notice about the launch list — it is not the platform’s terms of service or full privacy policy. Those will be published with the platform itself, before anyone creates an account.
What we collect
Your email address, and optionally your first name, plus which side of the journey you identify with (surrogate candidate or intended parent). If you arrived from a link with campaign tags, we store that referral tag so we know which announcement reached you.
Why we collect it
One reason: to email you when SurroSprout opens, and to send occasional updates about progress toward launch. That is the entire purpose.
What we will never do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email with agencies, clinics, attorneys, advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party. We do not add you to unrelated mailing lists. We do not use your email to build advertising audiences.
Unsubscribing and deletion
Every email we send tells you how to stop them: reply with “unsubscribe” in the subject line, or just say so in the body — a person reads it either way. We delete your record from the launch list entirely rather than keeping a suppressed copy for marketing. No questions asked, and you never have to click through anything.
How it is stored
Launch list entries live in an access-controlled database. The list is not publicly readable, and entries can only be added through the form on this site.
When you create an account
Joining the launch list creates no account, no profile, and no obligation. When SurroSprout opens, you will review and accept the full terms of service and privacy policy before anything else happens.
