You are welcome here. SurroSprout is not a replacement for your agency, your consultant or your attorney — and using it does not put any of those relationships at risk. Getting to know someone here can give an agency-supported journey a running start, so that when the formal steps begin, the people involved already know one another.

Going independent?

Read openly, message privately, and bring in your own professionals when you’re ready. SurroSprout is the beginning of the conversation, not the whole journey — the medical, legal and financial steps always belong with qualified professionals.

SurroSprout accounts belong to the people at the center of a surrogacy journey: women considering becoming a surrogate, and intended parents. They are the only members who can create a profile, browse, or send and receive messages.

Professional support is genuinely welcome around a journey — most journeys need it. Professionals have their own place on SurroSprout: a resources section where they can list their services. They do not post member profiles, browse members, or take part in member conversations. No member listing is ever sold as a lead, and no one is charged for being seen.

Plainly stated

What SurroSprout is not.

  • Not an agency. We do not match you, screen matches on your behalf, or manage your journey.
  • Not a legal or medical provider. Every journey needs its own attorneys and clinicians. We never replace them.
  • Not a place where anyone is paid for being seen. Surrogate candidates are never charged, and their profiles are never sold as leads.
  • Not a marketplace. No bidding, no ranking, no promoted placement.
  • Not a replacement for your agency or consultant. If you already have professional support, it stays exactly where it is.
